Metro Mentoring is a system designed to help people go further in their discipleship to Jesus.

It's the key way we help each other FOLLOW Jesus.

There are two main ways of going through the mentoring - one on one, or as part of a triplet. 

One on one is the traditional approach, where a mentor helps someone else grow in their faith.

Triplets are a creative way of tackling mentoring, with 3 friends mentoring each other in a peer context.

Either way, the idea is to meet up approximately once a month and go through a session at a time. After each session there are goals to set and work through before the next session. The teaching and questions provided are just a framework to help facilitate the discipleship process.
